[摘要]简要介绍了近百年来建筑结构抗震设计方法的历史演进,对现行规范规定的抗震性能设计方法进行了讨论,提出一些补充建议,如补充与规范抗震设防标准一致的性能目标,区分多遇地震与设防烈度地震下的性能水准1,对关键构件进行单独设计,根据不同结构类型提出对应的细化的构件性能目标要求等。

Study on performance based seismic design methods for building structure

Abstract: The gradual progress of seismic design methods for building structures in recent hundred years is briefly introduced. Discussion were made on performance based seismic design method in current Chinese design codes and some supplementary suggestions were put forward, such as supplementing the seismic performance standard corresponding with the code fortification targets, distinguishing the performance level 1 under frequent earthquake and medium earthquake, designing the key members independently, proposing refinement performance target of different members depending on the structure type.
