四边简支单向预应力双向配筋混凝土叠合楼板试验研究*

摘要]对一个四边简支单向预应力双向配筋混凝土叠合楼板的大比例模型进行了试验,并对其变形特征、裂缝分布、破坏形态和极限承载力等进行了研究。试验研究结果表明:均布荷载-挠度曲线近似为两折线,当拼缝之外的裂缝(垂直预应力方向裂缝和斜向裂缝等)出现时,曲线发生明显转折,楼板刚度迅速降低,因此,楼板的开裂荷载应取拼缝之外的裂缝出现时所对应的荷载;楼板开裂前,荷载主要由预应力方向承担,预应力的存在提高了楼板的开裂荷载,但降低了楼板的延性,楼板首次开裂便出现了大量斜裂缝;楼板破坏时的裂缝分布和破坏形态具有典型的塑性铰线特征。基于塑性绞线理论,推导了均布荷载作用下四边简支单向预应力双向配筋混凝土叠合楼板的极限承载力公式与塑性绞线形成位置,计算结果与试验结果吻合良好。

Experimental study on four-sides simply supported single-direction-prestress double-direction-tendon concrete composite floorslab

Abstract: A large-scale model of four-sides simply supported single-direction-prestress double-direction-tendon concrete composite floorslab was tested. Deformation behavior, crack distribution, failure pattern and ultimate bearing capacity were studied. The test results are as follows.The uniform load-displacement curve is approximate a double-straight line. When cracks beyond gap (such as crack perpendicular to the prestress direction and diagonal crack, etc) appear, the curve marks significant turnaround and floorslab stiffness drops rapidly. So the cracking load of floorslab should adopt the corresponding load when cracks beyond gap appear. Before cracking, load is mainly bore by the prestress direction of floorslab. The prestress increases the cracking load of floorslab, but reduces the floorslab ductility. The floorslab appears a lot of diagonal cracks during the first time of cracking. The crack distribution and failure pattern of floorslab show typical yield-line characteristics. Based on the yield-line theory, equations for the ultimate bearing capacity formative locations for yield line of four-sides simply supported single-direction-prestress double-direction-tendon concrete composite floorslab under uniform loads were developed and the calculation results showed good agreement with the experimental data.
