Galfan拉索在空间结构中的应用及其节点设计

摘要95%Zn-5%Al-混合稀土合金(Galfan)镀层是钢材防腐的一种新型镀层。阐述Galfan镀层的特点、Galfan拉索构成形式和大直径ø116Galfan拉索静载试验。将Galfan拉索和PE拉索进行性能比较,得出Galfan拉索具有良好的防腐性能、防火性能和延展性,同时其抗滑移性能和抗扭转稳定性等力学性能也能满足设计要求。通过介绍Galfan拉索在国内工程中的应用以及节点设计,阐明Galfan拉索在节点设计时具有简单和美观等特点,为设计师选择索材提供参考。

Joint design and application of Galfan cables in space structure

Abstract: 95% Zn-5% Al-mixing earths alloy coating is a new type of anticorrosion products, which is named as Galfan. Characteristics of Galfan coating and forms of Galfan cable were outlined, the static test of Galfan cable with large-diameter ø116 was analyzed. Comparisons between Galfan cable and PE cable were done, advantages of Galfan cable were outlined, including anti-corrosion performance, fire-protecting performance, ductility and variability. Mechanical properties of Galfan cables including anti-sliding and anti-torsion can meet design requirements. The application of Galfan cable in domestic projects and the joint design were introduced. It shows the simply and beauty of Galfan cable, which can offer the reference for the designer.
