南海广场深基坑支护设计及监测分析

摘要 南海广场二期基坑支护工程周边环境相对复杂,依据地质条件采用搅拌桩(旋喷桩)+旋挖桩(冲孔桩)+内支撑+预应力锚索的综合支护方案。在施工过程中监测了地表和地层深层土体的水平位移、支撑轴力、预应力锚索内力。监测数据表明,该综合支护方案既能有效地控制基坑周围土体的变形,又能使施工空间得到充分利用,从而加快施工工期,确保了项目的顺利实施。

Monitoring analysis and supporting design of the deep foundation pit of Nanhai Square

Abstract: Considering complex peripheral geological conditions, the mixing pilejet grouting pile, rotary drilling pilepunching pile, interior supporting and prestressed anchor cables were combined to form the comprehensive supporting scheme in the deep foundation pit design of second phase project of Nanhai Square. Parameters of earth surface soils and deep soils were monitored in construction stages, including the horizontal displacement, axial force of supporting structure and internal force of prestressed anchor cables. The monitoring data indicate the composite supporting scheme not only controls the deformation around the foundation pit effectively, but also makes full use of construction space and accelerates the construction speed to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.
