组合梁在加固工程中的应用

摘要]当设计的结构构件截面高度过大不能满足建筑使用要求必须减小梁截面时,就需要对结构构件进行改造加固。针对要改造的梁截面减小较多,而且承受较大荷载的特点,采用组合梁的方法加固,用型钢梁来分担由于原混凝土梁截面减小所需增加的配筋和刚度。组合梁容易使被改造的梁满足建筑使用功能的要求,同时大大降低了支撑卸荷所需的费用,也使施工过程更安全可控。该加固方法较好地解决了重荷载梁改造加固的需求,可为类似工程的加固改造提供参考。

Application of composite beam in reinforcement projects

Abstract: When the height of the component section is too large to fulfill the requirements of architecture, structural components need to be reinforced and reconstructed. According to the characteristics that the beam section needed to be reduce a lot and bears great loads, the composite beam reinforcement method was used, in which steel beams were used to share the increased reinforcement and stiffness due to reduction of section. Composite beam is easy to meet the functional requirements of building use and greatly reduce costs for unloading support. At the same time, construction process is more safe and controllable with the use of the method. The reinforcement method solves the problem of reinforcement requirements of beams under heavy loads, and provide reference for reinforcement and reconstruction of similar projects.
