某大底盘六塔商住楼的结构设计

摘要]本工程为坡地建筑,南北两侧地坪高差15m左右,为了抵抗较大的土侧压力,整个结构为不设缝的大底盘六塔结构。结构的分析和设计分整体计算和分塔计算,整体计算介绍了整体模型的建立,将其计算结果与单塔模型的计算结果进行了对比,分析了塔楼与大底盘的相互影响;分塔计算采用SATWEPMSAP对塔楼进行了弹性比较分析,还进行了弹性动力时程分析和中震不屈服分析。对超长结构采取了一定的措施以抵抗混凝土的温度和收缩应力。建议在类似工程的结构设计时,应采取可靠措施防止后浇带封闭之前结构在土侧压力作用下发生倾覆和滑移。

Structural design on a commercial and residential building with six towers and large podium

Abstract: This project lands on slope field, of which ground level difference between north side and south side is about 15 meters. To resist the lateral soil pressure, six-tower structure was applied with large podium without expansion joints. Analysis and design of the structure were divided into total analysis and analysis by tower. Total modeling and interaction effects between towers and large podium were introduced in total analysis. Besides, the calculation results of total modeling were compared with that of single tower model. Elastic comparative analysis was carried out by SATWE and PMSAP programs in analysis by tower as well as elastic dynamic time-history analysis and non-yielding analysis under intermediate earthquake. Some measures were taken in super-long structure to resist temperature stress and contraction stress. It is recommended to take reliable measures to prevent structural overturn and slippage due to lateral soil pressure before post-pouring joint is finished.
