[摘要]青岛环海凯莱商务酒店采用型钢混凝土框支梁、柱进行转换,转换构件的抗震性能目标为小震和中震弹性、大震不屈服。按各种模型和工况进行了包络设计,保证了计算结果的可靠性。在型钢混凝土梁、柱节点设计中合理地解决了钢筋的锚固问题。通过在剪力墙中设置型钢暗梁来平衡纯悬挑框支梁的弯矩,保证了其安全性。

Structural design of steel reinforced concrete transfer beams and columns of Gloria Plaza Hotel in Qingdao

Abstract: Steel reinforced concrete transfer beams and columns were adopted in Gloria Plaza Hotel in Qingdao. The performance-based seismic objectives of transfer components are keeping elasticity in frequent earthquake and moderate earthquake and keeping unyielding in rare earthquake. Various models and conditions were considered in envelope design to ensure the reliability of the results. Anchorage problem of large-diameter rebar was reasonably solved in design of steel reinforced concrete beam-column joints. The set of hidden steel beams in shear walls balances the moment of the pure cantilever transfer beam to ensure its safety.
