万德花园二期超限高层结构设计与分析

[提要]  通过对一大底盘双塔带高位转换超限高层结构主要设计过程的介绍,重点讨论了结构选型、分析计算以及抗震措施,并针对高位转换这一主要超限特点,从整体结构布置到关键构件的选取提出了相应的应对措施。经多模型、多软件的比较分析及弹性、弹塑性补充计算表明,该工程各项计算指标比较理想,所采取的措施比较合理,整体设计满足规范要求。

Abstract:The structural design of a highrise twintower building with large podium is introduced. The selection of structural system, seismic analysis and seismic fortification measures are discussed in detail. For the design of transfer story beyond code limits, the main control measures of antiseismic design, such as the total structural plane arrangement and the selection of key member, are presented. The seismic analysis results of multimodels using different analysis programs and the results of linear and nonlinear time history dynamic analysis are given. It is found that the control value for designing such structure is feasible and the design can meet demand of codes.
