[摘要]分析总结了普通预应力管桩在沿海软土地基工程应用中出现的主要问题,介绍了机械连接竹节桩的特点,并通过工程实例,对机械连接竹节桩在软土地基中用作抗压和抗拔工程桩时,其与普通预应力管桩的承载性能进行对比分析。从现场静载试验所得的荷载沉降曲线可以看出,普通预应力管桩的荷载沉降曲线均出现明显拐点,而机械连接竹节桩的荷载沉降曲线属于缓变型。相比普通预应力管桩,机械连接竹节桩的环状凸肋使得其抗压和抗拔承载力提高20%以上。

Application of mechanical-connection bamboo joint piles in the coastal soft soil foundation

Abstract: Problems of traditional prestressed pipe piles in engineering applictions in the coastal soft soil foundation area were analyzed and summarized. Characteristics of mechanical-connection bamboo joint piles were introduced. Comparison of bearing capacity between mechanical-connection bamboo joint piles and traditional prestressed pipe piles was made through the engineering projects in the soft soil foundation based on compressive piles and uplift piles. Load-settlement curve obtained from static load test shows that obvious turning point occurs for traditional prestressed pipe piles and load-settlement curve of the new piles drops slowly. Compared with common prestressed pipe piles, the compressive and uplift bearing capacity of mechanical-connection bamboo joint piles increase by more than 20% due to its annular convex rib.
