石家庄地区后注浆灌注桩侧阻力及端阻力增强系数取值的试桩研究

摘要]通过对实际工程中相同场地条件下抗压基桩按不注浆、仅桩端注浆、桩端桩侧复式注浆3种工况的抗压承载力测试结果以及抗拔基桩按不注浆、仅桩侧注浆两种工况的抗拔承载力测试结果的对比分析,得到后注浆灌注桩承载力综合提高系数(注浆后桩实测承载力特征值与不注浆桩计算承载力特征值的比值)实测值,为石家庄地区合理采用后注浆灌注桩承载力综合提高系数的取值提供工程依据。同时,通过对上述各试桩桩侧埋设的钢筋计的测试结果分析,得到不同土层在注浆后的极限侧阻力增强系数,并据此推断出抗压桩端阻力增强系数,从而得出实测值与规范值间的对应关系,供工程应用参考。

Test research on value of side resistance improvement coefficient and end resistance improvement coefficient of post grouting filling piles in Shijiazhuang area

Abstract: Based on the three working conditions of compressive piles, not grouting, pile end grouting only, and pile end pile side complex grouting on same site conditions in practical projects, compressive strength test results of compressive piles were obtained and compared with uplift bearing capacity test results of uplift piles in two working conditions of not grouting and pile side grouting only. Comprehensive improvement coefficient of post grouting filling pile bearing capacityratio of the measured bearing capacity characteristic values of the pile after grouting and calculated bearing capacity characteristic values of the pile without groutingwas obtained from above results comparisons, which provides engineering basis for rational use of improvement coefficient in Shijiazhuang area. At the same time, through the analysis of test results of rebar meter buried under lateral side of test pile, side resistance improvement coefficient of the pile in different soil layers after grouting was obtained. Then, end resistance improvement coefficient of the compressive pile was inferred. Corresponding relationship between the measured parameter value and code parameter value was clarified, which provides reference for engineering application.
