地下室底板抗浮锚杆计算及结果比较分析

[摘要随着城市的建设和发展,高层建筑物的地下室及地下建筑物不断增多,其抗浮问题也越来越突出。近几年来,抗浮锚杆以其施工方便、操作简单、造价低廉得到了大量的应用。本文应用SAFEMIDAS软件建立了某项目地下室底板锚杆抗浮计算模型,并进行了计算结果比较分析,结果表明,两种软件的计算结果比较接近,该计算方法能较为准确地模拟锚杆和底板受力变形情况,为设计提供了可靠依据。

Calculation and the results of comparative analysis of the basement bottom plate anti-floating anchor

Abstract: With the development of city construction, basements of high-rise buildings and underground buildings are continuing to increase, and its anti-floating problem is becoming more and more prominent. In recent years, anti-floating anchor technology is widely used for its convenient construction, simple operation and low cost. In this paper, the author use SAFE and MIDAS programs to establish an anti-floating anchor calculation model of a basement bottom plate in some project, and carry on the comparative analysis of the calculation results. As the results show, the calculation results of two software are close. This method can accurately simulate the force-deformation relationship of the anchor and the bottom plate.Reliable data for design are provided.
