徐州高铁G地块地库抗浮方案优化

[摘要201251起执行的《江苏省城市规划管理技术规定》(2011年版)对建筑物配建停车位指标提出了更高的要求,因此在有限的建设用地上充分利用地下空间建设地下停车库成为满足停车位配建的必行之路,且建筑面积动辄几万平方。地下车库抗浮措施费用是地下室建设成本的重要构成部分,抗浮方法根据具体工程的特点也各有不同,本文通过例举一个笔者亲历的工程案例来阐明结合工程特点合理确定地库抗浮措施对于成本控制的重要意义。

Abstract“Technical regulations for city planning management of Jiangsu Province (the 2011 edition)” implementated from May 1, 2012 puts forward higher requirements of building parking index. So it’s a good way to make full use of underground space to construct underground parking garage in the limited construction land to meet the needs of accessory parking. And the construction area can easily reach tens of thousands of square. The underground garage anti-floating cost is an important part of the cost of basement construction. And the anti-floating methods are also different according to the characteristics of specific engineering. This paper illustrates the significance of cost control by determining a reasonable basement anti-floating measures combining with the engineering characteristics by an example that the author witnessed.
