基坑施工对周围建筑物沉降的影响分析

[提要]在上海某地铁基坑的施工过程中,临近建筑物产生了较大的整体沉降,而且不均匀沉降明显。结合工程实测数据及该处的土层分布条件,对基坑工程不同施工阶段引起建筑物沉降的原因进行了分析。结果表明,基坑围护墙体较大的水平位移以及建筑物所处软弱粘土的流变变形使建筑物产生了不小的整体沉降,而建筑物下方局部分布的不良地质条件则是建筑物产生明显不均匀沉降的主要原因。通过分析,以期引起工程技术人员对不良地质对工程及周边环境不利影响的重视,其他类似工程能加以借鉴。

Analysis on Differential Settlement of Building Caused by Deficient Geological Condition/Liu Guobin, Liu Dengpan(Department of Geotechnical Engineering, Tongji University, Shanghai 200092, China)
Abstract: Large settlement and differential settlement occur on a building near one metro foundation pit during construction of the deep foundation pit. Factors influencing the settlement of building according as several main construction stages are analyzed based on the measured data and geology condition. The result shows that the large horizontal displacement of diaphragm wall and rheological deformation of soft clay under building are the reasons which make major settlement occur on the building. In addition, the deficient geological condition under the building is the main factor of larger differential settlement of the building. It is hoped that engineers can attach more importance to the disadvantageous influence of deficient geological condition, and the results could serve valuably for other similar engineering.
