北京某中学砖混结构教学楼加固设计

[摘要] 在我国中小学校舍中,砖混结构比重最高。对砖混结构中小学校舍抗震鉴定与加固研究十分必要。文章以北京市某中学校舍砖混结构为例,介绍了对该建筑加固前存在的主要问题,加固采取的主要措施,以及加固施工工艺。为后续校舍工程加固改造及其他相关工程提供参考。

Anti-seismic reinforcement design for a secondary school building's brick-concrete in Beijing

Abstract: Among the primary and secondary school buildings in our country, masonry-concrete structure accounts for the largest proportion. In this paper it takes a masonry-concrete structure of a secondary school building in Beijing as an example, studies the main problems in the building before seismic retrofit, and also strengthening construction technology, which provides references to other school buildings and similar projects.
