某保护建筑的加固改造设计

（大连市建筑设计研究院有限公司， 大连 116021）[摘要] 结合大连人民剧场加固改造设计，对需保护建筑在其拆除及扩建中所涉及到的加固方案的选择、结构加固设计与构造措施等若干问题进行了讨论。 针对本工程的特殊性提出了对保留建筑的砌筑墙体、框架和基础的加固方法，充分考虑加固方案对新旧建筑协同工作的影响。[关键词] 抗震加固设计;带竖缝混凝土墙中图分类号：TU375.05 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1002-848X(2013)S1-0753-03Strengthening design of the preserving buildingZhang Ying,Wen Yuan,Hu Yu Hai(Abstract：Combined with the strengthening and reconstruction.Design of Dalian People's Theatre, of which are involved in the demolition and expansion of the building, the choice of its feasible strengthening, structural strengthening design and construction measures discussed.For the particularity of the works, to put forward strengthening method of reserved masonry wall , framework and foundation of the existing building, and to fully consider the impact of the reinforcement program of old and new structure work together.Keywords: aseismic strengthening design; concrete walls with vertical cracks
