长泾人民大会堂改造及加固设计

(南京大学建筑规划设计研究院有限公司, 南京210093)[摘要]长泾人民大会堂建于1969年，需要保留并进行改造和功能升级，改造后的建筑外观要求达到“修旧如旧”的目的，实现难度较大。结构类型属单层空旷房屋，结构设计优先采用增强结构整体抗震性能的方案，针对工程特点选择加固方法，并广泛应用钢结构系统进行体外加固，达到了预期的要求。[关键词]抗震性能;基础托换;组合柱;钢肋梁中图分类号：TU318 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1002-848X(2013)S1-0750-03Reforming and reinforcement design of Changjing Great Hall of PeopleTang Rongguang, Yao Yidan(Abstract: Changjing great hall of people has been completed in 1969. The building needs retain and transform to upgrades the feature but it is hard to achieve the purpose of keep the original appearance. The structure type belongs to the spacious one-story. The reinforced structure seismic performance scheme was adopted priority. According to the engineering characteristics, the reinforcement scheme was selected.
