后压浆人工挖孔桩承载力理论及试验分析

[提要]通过某工程4组采用后压浆技术的人工挖孔桩和普通人工挖孔桩的静载荷对比试验,得到了各组试桩的Q-s曲线,并将试验结果与理论计算结果进行了比较。结果证明,后压浆技术可以有效地提高基桩的承载力,并能明显减小桩的沉降;同时也验证了后压浆人工挖孔桩的承载力可以通过经验公式进行估算。应用的经验公式及其计算参数可供同类型地质的后压浆人工挖孔桩的设计参考。

 Theoretical and Test Analysis on Bearing Capacity of Post Grouting Man power Mine Pile /Ping Xuebing1,2(1 Kunming Liujiajun Architecture Engineering Design Institute,Kunming 650034,China; 2 Yunnan Design Institute,Kunming 650032,China)
Abstract:Based on the static load comparison test between ordinary man power mine piles and post grouting man power mine piles in a project, the Q-s curves are got and the test results are compared with the calculating ones. The results show that the technique of post grouting can effectively improve the pile"s bearing capacity and significantly reduce the pile settlement. It is also verified that the bearing capacity of post grouting manpower mine pile can be estimated by empirical formula. The empirical formula and calculation parameters can be used in design of post grouting man power mine pile on the same geological type with reference value.
