中小学教学楼消能减震设计与分析

[摘要]本文分析了新抗震规范颁布实施后中小学加固中框架结构教学楼存在的问题,主要有单跨框架,梁、柱承载力不足,构造措施不满足要求等。分析了采用消能减震设计解决这些问题的可行性,经济行,时效性。阐述了消能减震结构设计原理。以某教学楼为例,采用粘滞流体阻尼器加固后,地震作用减小30%左右,基本满足了地震设防烈度降低一度的要求,使原结构构造措施满足了规范要求,不需采用其他加固措施。

AbstractIn this article, The problems of teaching building of the frame structure was analyzed, after the new seismic code promulgation and implementation. They are mainly single cross-frame, beams and columns inadequate bearing capacity, structural measures does not meet the requirements. Analysis of the feasibility of energy dissipation reduction design to solve these problems, The structural design principle of energy dissipation was expounded. A classroom building, for example, Using the reinforcement of the viscous fluid dampers, seismic action decreases by about30%, basically meet the seismic fortification intensity to reduce the yearly requirements, so that the original texture and structure measures to meet the specification requirements, without using other measures.
