防屈曲支撑在单层厂房中的应用分析

[摘要]:单层厂房柱间交叉支撑在抗震设计时考虑到压杆屈曲一般只计入受拉杆作用,造成计算结果与实际情况存在较大差别,且材料使用并不充分。本文以某工程案例为背景,采用防屈曲支撑替代传统柱间支撑,通过SAP2000建模对比分析了原结构与防屈曲支撑结构的差别,包括模态、反应谱结果、非线性推覆分析和时程分析结果,说明在单厂中使用防屈曲支撑进行支撑替换的可行性。对减震方案合理性也进行了讨论。

Application analysis of buckling-restrained brace in single-storey factory

Abstract: In the design of a single-storey factory building, the crossing braces generally has only been considered the tension role under the action of the earthquake, in order to avoid the strut buckling, resulting a big difference between the calculation result and the actual situation, so that the materials is not being fully used. In this paper, taking an engineering case as an example, the traditional struts have been replaced with buckling-restrained braces. Comparative analysis has been made by SAP2000 software, including the vibration modes, the seismic response spectrum analysis, nonlinear analysis under both push-over and time history loading conditions. It is illustrated that replacing the struts with buckling-restrained braces feasible. The rationality of different seismic reduction schemes is also discussed.
