宿迁市中豪国际广场酒店扭转变形控制减震分析

(南京工业大学 土木工程学院,南京210009)[摘要]本文针对宿迁市中豪国际广场酒店主裙楼刚度分布不均匀而产生的扭转变形的问题,采用在裙房边跨设置阻尼器降低附属结构地震动力响应,控制裙房位移变形的方法,采用ETABS程序分别从结构层间剪力,层间位移角,裙房顶层控制点时程位移,参与裙房工作的阻尼器耗能几个方面,对比了设置阻尼器前后结构的减震性能,表明了该方法在针对宿迁市中豪国际广场酒店主裙楼结构因偏心引起的扭转变形问题上效果显著,不仅对刚度较弱方向的位移变形有良好的控制效果,刚度较强方向的位移也明显下降。参与工作的阻尼器均正常发挥效能,从而表明该减震方法可行有效。[关键词]减震;主楼裙房结构;阻尼器;扭转变形中途分类号:TU973+.2 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2013)S1-0557-06Analysis of the seismic torsional deformation of Suqian Zhonghao International Plaza HotelWangZhaoning, LiuWeiqing, WangShuguang, Dudongsheng(College of Civil Engineering,Nanjing University of Technology, Nanjing 210009, China)Abstract: In this paper, a problem about irregular torsion of the main- podium structure of the Suqian zhonghao International Plaza Hotel was raised.. A series of time-history analysis are carried out by using the ETABS program to evaluate the reduction method of adopting dampers setting on the podium building. the comparison on the story sheers, story drifts. The reduction effect of the podium,and the dissipative performance of the dampers under different earthquake waves are analyzed respectively. The results show that using the method can not only effectively reduce the seismic response of the podium structure in the direction of larger stiffness, but also have influence on the seismic performance in the direction of weaker, and all dampers can function well in the structure.
