真如副中心A5地块的抗震设计

[摘要] 真如副中心A5地块的5,6#楼结构体系为钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构,为平面和立面均不规则的复杂超限高层建筑。通过设防烈度下的弹性静力分析和弹性动力分析以及构造上的措施,能满足现行的建筑结构相关抗震规范、规程的要求。通过整个地下室多塔模型的计算,对顶板开洞处的应力和位移进行分析,确保结构嵌固端假定的成立。通过弹塑性静力分析,能够确保大震下框架柱不发生剪切破坏。

Abstract: 5,6# building structure system as the Zhenru Sub-center A5 block for reinforced concrete frame - shear wall structure, complicated high-rise building for the plane and elevation are irregular. Through the seismic fortification intensity of the elastic static analysis and dynamic analysis and structural measures, can meet the demands of building structure of present relevant seismic code, code requirements. Through the calculation of the basement of multi-tower model, carries on the analysis to the stress and displacement of roof openings, ensure structural fixed ends assumed was established. Through the static analysis of elastic-plastic, large earthquakes can ensure frame column under shearing failure.
