芜湖侨鸿滨江世纪广场A楼结构抗震设计

【摘要】芜湖侨鸿滨江世纪广场A楼采用钢框架-混凝土核心筒结构体系。本文介绍了该工程的结构体系特点、多遇地震及风荷载作用下结构的整体弹性分析、罕遇地震作用下的弹塑性分析等。同时做了些专题研究和分析,包括局部楼板应力分析和施工加载顺序分析,并采取有针对性的抗震性能化设计及抗震措施。

Seismic design for building A of the Riverside Century Plaza in Wuhu

Abstract: Building A of the Riverside Century Plaza in Wuhu adopted a structural system consisting of steel frame-concrete core tubes structure. The characteristics of structure system, overall elastic analysis under frequent earthquake and elasto-plastic analysis under moderate and rare earthquake were discussed systemically in this paper. Some thematic research and analysis such as local slab stress analysis and construction sequence modeling analysis were carried out. The targeted measures for seismic performance-based design were adopted.
