箱形型钢混凝土梁受弯性能试验研究及理论分析

[摘要]通过对3根型钢混凝土梁进行的受弯性能试验,重点描述了箱形型钢混凝土梁的受弯破坏过程,在此基础上依据混凝土、钢筋及型钢在不同位置处的实测应变变化情况,详细分析了箱形型钢混凝土梁整个加载过程的力学性能。对强度叠加法进行了修正,提出了考虑混凝土约束效应的抗弯承载力计算方法,克服了规程计算值过于保守的缺陷,通过对已有文献中45个构件的试验数据对比分析表明,公式计算值与试验结果吻合良好,可为型钢混凝土规范的修订提供参考,同时可用于工程设计中。

Experimental study and theoretical analysis on flexural behavior of box steel encased concrete beams

Abstract: In this paper, the flexural loading experiments of 3 SRC beams has been carried out, flexural destruction process of box SRC beams are mainly described. Based on the experiment, the mechanical behavior of box SRC beams during the whole loading process is analyzed in detail by practical strain changes of the strain gauges attached to different positions of concrete, reinforcement bars and steels. Simultaneously, the strength superposition method was revised, and computational method for calculating the bending bearing capacity of steel-encased concrete beams was established, the shortcomings of strength superposition method was overcome. A comparison with 45 trial values demonstrates that the computational formulae proposed in this paper accord well with trial values, and can provide a reference for the revise of codes for steel-encased concrete as well as engineering design.
