大型油罐地基变形特性分析

[提要]采用振冲碎石桩法和充水预压法对某软土地区5×104m3油罐地基进行处理。基于沉降观测数据,分析了充水预压阶段油罐地基的沉降规律,并探讨了地基固结程度。根据使用三年后的罐基变形监测结果,分析了油罐地基的平面倾斜、非平面倾斜及罐基拱度特性。总结了该地基不均匀变形超过允许值的原因,并提出了相应的地基加固处理措施。

Abstract:Stone columns and water filling preload methods are applied to improve the 50 000m3 oil tank foundation on soft soil. Based on the testing settlement data during filling preload, settlement properties and consolidation degree of stone improved composite foundation of the oil tank are discussed. According to the testing data after three years, the plane inclination, non-plane inclination and arch degree of the oil tank foundation are analyzed. Finally, unsuccessful factors of foundation treatment are generalized, and the corresponding reinforcement measures are proposed.
