钢结构高强度螺栓连接紧固原理分析及螺母转角法的试验研究

[摘要] 在土木建筑钢结构和道桥建设工程中,控制扭矩法和螺母转角法是目前紧固件安装工程当中使用最多的两种方法。与控制扭矩法不同,螺母转角法是一种位移控制方法,操作和检查都比较简单。本文分析了高强度螺栓在拧紧时的机械性能和不同紧固方法的紧固原理,并针对8.8级和10.9级的M20M24高强度螺栓的紧固过程进行了试验研究,得出了不同类型的高强度螺栓在紧固过程中的扭-拉关系以及轴力-转角关系。最后总结了达到高强度螺栓要求预拉力所需要的螺母转角值,分析了螺母极限转角能力,为确立高强度螺栓螺母转角法的紧固要求提供了依据和建议。

Theoretical and testing study on tightening behavior of high-strength bolts and turn-of-the-nut method

Abstract: At present, torque-control and turn-of-the-nut are mostly used as the fastener installation methods to produce a bolt tension in steel structure of civil and traffic constructions. The turn-of-the-nut method as a rotation-control method is easily operated and examined which is different from the torque-control method. The tightening behavior of a bolt-nut-washer assembly and theory of different tightening methods are discussed in this paper. The research studies the tightening processes of M20 and M24 fastener assemblies of 8.8 and 10.9 grade to get the relationship between nut rotation and bolt tension. The nut rotations to reach the specified fastener tension from a snug position are finally summarized and the ultimate nut rotational capacity is discussed. All the results described above give some installation requirements and recommendations for the turn-of-the-nut method.
