［提要］国美家园工程主楼采用CFG桩复合地基，与主楼相邻的地下车库采用独立基础加防水板的结构形式，对主楼承载力做了适当的深度修正，检测结果表明，该工程是安全的，且技术、经济效益显著。建议裙房或车库基础为独立柱基加防水板时，对主体结构地基承载力的深度修正问题应作进一步深入研究。

Abstract:CFG pile composite foundation is applied in the main building of Gome Homestead. Isolated foundation joined with waterproof board is adopted in underground garage beside the main building. Depth correction is considered in calculating the bearing capacity of main building. The results show that the project is safe and the technical and economic benefits are notable. When the foundation of podium or underground garage adopts isolated foundation joined with waterproof board, it advises that the problem of shaping of depth to bearing capacity of main building should be studied more.
