冷弯薄壁型钢自攻螺钉群连接抗剪承载力计算方法研究*

[摘要] 为研究螺钉间距对冷弯薄壁型钢自攻螺钉群连接抗剪承载力的影响和自攻螺钉群连接抗剪承载力设计方法,对国内外有关自攻螺钉群连接抗剪性能的试验结果进行回归分析,拟合出螺钉间距影响系数的计算公式,并结合《低层冷弯薄壁型钢房屋建筑技术规程》(JGJ227-2011)和北美AISI规范单颗自攻螺钉连接抗剪承载力设计方法,提出了同时考虑群体折减效应和螺钉间距影响的自攻螺钉群连接抗剪承载力设计计算方法。

Calculation on shear capacity of screws connection in cold-formed thin-wall steel structures

Abstract:In order to investigate the influence of screw spacing for the shear capacity of screws connection in cold-formed thin-wall steel structures and the design method on the shear capacity of screws connection, authors fitted the influence coefficient formula of screw spacing by regression analysis for experimental results on shear behavior of screws connection at home and aboard.Refering to Technical specification for low-rise cold-formed thin-walled steel buildings(JGJ227-2011) and the design method of single tapping screw connection in North American Specification for the Design of Cold-formed Steel Structural Members (2007 Edition) ,the design mothod on the shear capacity of screws connection considering the group effect and the influence of screw spacing was given.
