某工程基于差异沉降控制的CFG桩复合地基处理

(1 武汉理工大学设计研究院,430070 ;2 武汉理工大学土木工程与建筑学院 430070;3 道路桥梁结构工程湖北省重点实验室 武汉 430070)[提要]武汉市保利花园一期高层建筑的地基出现软硬交替情况,通过对地基场地的分析,采用CFG桩复合地基与天然地基联合处理方式,并同时按强度和变形双重控制理论进行设计。为了有效地减小两种地基之间的差异沉降及其影响,采用增强基础刚度和设置褥垫层的方法。加固后对CFG复合地基的检测和沉降观测结果表明,此处理方法大大提高了地基的承载力,减小了沉降,且差异沉降控制在规范限值内。该方案合理,并具有良好的技术效果和经济效益。[关键词]CFG桩复合地基;天然地基;差异沉降;变形控制CFG Pile Composite Foundation Treatment Based on Differential Settlement Control/Zhang Mingyuan1,3,Chen Lipin2,Huo Kaicheng1,3(1 The Design Institute of Wuhan University of Technology, Wuhan 430070, China; 2 School of Civil Engineering and Architecture,Wuhan University of Technology, Wuhan 430070, China;3 Key Laboratory of Road, Bridge and Construction Engineering of Hubei Province, Wuhan 430070, China)Abstract:The foundation of a high-rise building in Wuhan is soft and hard. Through the analysis of this foundation, the design scheme that CFG pile composite foundation and natural foundation work jointly to treat non-homogeneous subsoil is adopted. In order to effectively control the different settlement between the two foundations, the foundation"s stiffness is enhanced and the pillow layer is adopted. The test on CFG foundation and the settlement observation results show that this approach can increase the foundation"s bearing capacity greatly and reduce settlement, and the differential settlement is in the range of the code"s limit.
