钢结构旋转楼梯的结构设计及舒适度分析

[摘要本文利用有限元软件ANSYS对一大跨旋转钢楼梯进行了有限元计算,并参考外国规范对钢梯进行了舒适度分析。结果证明不加设柱结构受力和变形也可以满足,但舒适度无法满足要求。加设柱后结构应力和变形均大幅减小,且加速度峰值大幅减小,可以满足舒适度要求。另外,箱梁刚接对结构受力变形和舒适度都有利。

Design and comfort analysis of spiral steel staircase

Abstract: Finite element software ANSYS was used to calculate a long-span spiral steel staircase,to which a comfort analysis was also carried on with foreign criterions as guides. The result shows that without a column added to the structure ,the stress and deformation of the structure meet the requirement, however, the proper comfort degree of the structure can’t be reached. If a column was added to the structure , the stress and deformation of the structure will greatly decrease and that the peak value of the structure’s acceleration reduced hugely. In addition, it can be concluded that box girders with rigid connection have a lower stress, a smaller deformation, and a better comfort than box girders with hinged connection.
