光华路SOHOII钢连体抗震设计

(中国建筑标准设计研究院,北京 100048)[摘要]光华路SOHOII项目为五个高低、大小不等的钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构单塔和钢结构连体组成的大底盘多塔复杂连体超限高层建筑工程,平面和竖向不规则程度均较高,设计难度极大。本工程共设有五个钢结构连接,其与主塔的连接方式有两端刚接、一端刚接一端滑动两种形式。本文重点介绍了该项目钢连体的抗震设计,为类似工程设计提供参考。[关键词]超限高层建筑;钢连桥;滑动连接;抗震设计中图分类号:TU318.2 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2013)S1-0399-04Aseismic design of Guanghua Road SOHO II connecting steel structuresLiang Zhiyuan,Lu Lei,Xing Wanli,Xiao Ming,Wang Weifeng,Song Wenjing( China Institute of Building Standard Design & Research ,Beijing 100048,China)Abstract:The project, Guanghua Road SOHO II, is a ultra-limit high-rise building, characterized by a large platform carrying five towers, whichdiffer in all three dimensions while share the same structure scheme of a RC frameworking with shear walls. Its irregularity injects extreme difficulty into thestructural design process. What’s more, in between those towers, there are steelstructures connecting each other. The connection between the steel structures andthe main buildings takes the form of either rigid or sliding.
