昆明某框架-支撑筒全钢结构主楼设计

[摘要]  昆明某改建项目主楼为高度169.9m的高层建筑,采用钢管混凝土框架-钢支撑筒结构体系,外围框架柱采用矩形钢管混凝土柱。介绍了该工程的主要特点和结构分析的有关内容,包括结构布置、抗震性能目标、多道抗震防线等内容。采用SATWEETABS进行多遇地震作用和风荷载作用下结构的计算分析,采用SATWE进行弹性时程分析,采用PUSH&EPDA进行罕遇地震下的静力弹塑性推覆分析(Pushover)。计算结果表明该结构满足规范的各项要求,并采取了一些构造加强措施,可供同类工程参考。

Structure design on steel frame-steel braced core tube of twoer in Kunming

Abstract: An reconstruction in Kunming is a high-rise building of 169.9 meters high, with concrete filled steel tubular(CFST) column- steel braced core tube  structue system. The main characteristic of the stucture, structural analysisi and relevant details 0f design were introduced, including the structure arrangement,anti-seismic performance targets,seismic multiple-details lines,and so on.The  structure was analyzed by SATWE and STABS under frequent earthquake and wind load.The elastic time history analysis under frequent earthquake by SATWE,elastic-plastic static analysis (Pushover) and  elastic-plastic dynamic analysis  (EPDA) under rare earthquake by PUSH&EPDA were carried out. The results meet requirements of technical codes and some strengthening measures have also been used to ernsure the security of the structure. It can be a reference for other similar projects.
