带大悬挑中庭的钢框架-中心支撑结构设计

[摘要]浦东金融广场商业楼采用钢框架-中心支撑结构形式,地上12层,高69m,面积约12m28层以下采用屈曲约束支撑。根据建筑布置需要,楼层南北中庭有两个较大的椭圆形开洞,并造成最大约11m的悬挑。针对大跨度悬挑梁,概念性的提出加强措施,并进行了人行激励荷载下的舒适度分析。同时介绍了弹性和静力弹塑性分析,楼板内力分析,转换柱和跃层柱的设计。

Structural design of concentrically braced steel frame with large-scale cantilever beam atrium

Abstract: Retail of Pudong Financial Plaza is a 12-floor building, with 120 thousands square area, 69 meters high. The project adopts concentrically braced steel structure, with buckling-restrained braces are installed below the 8th floor. To fulfill the architectural layout, there are two elliptical openings every floor, which makes up to 11 meters cantilever beam. Strengthen measures were taken to make up for the disadvantages of cantilever beam, and the floor serviceability under people’s step load is also studied. Also, the analysis on push-over, floor internal stress, transitional column and thermocline column is introduced separately too.
