FAST反射面支承结构的索网疲劳性能研究

[摘要]FASTFive-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical Telescope)是一个500m直径的巨型大跨度空间结构。通过促动器拖动下拉索来控制主索节点的位置,实现望远镜主动变位,其实质是一种特殊、长期、高应力幅的往复疲劳荷载。在30年的运行期间内,预计总共有至少数十万次的观测,主索网的疲劳应力幅为470MPa。基于以上思想并结合FAST的功能要求和特点,对FAST主动反射面整体支承结构的索网进行了完整系统的疲劳统计分析。

Research on cable-net’s fatigue performance of fast reflector’s supporting structure

Abstract: FASTFive-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical Telescope, is a giant long-span space structure with five-hundred-meter aperture.For producing active displacements in the telescope, actuators drag the down-cables to control the position of cable-net's nodes, and its essence is a kind of special, long-term, high stress amplitude of reciprocating fatigue load.  After 30 years of the operation period, it is expected to have at least hundreds of thousands of times in total observations,and the cable-net’s fatigue stress amplitude is 470MPa.Based on the above ideas, combining with the functional requirements and features of FAST, this paper is to scientifically analyse the cable-net's fatigue of the FAST active reflector's whole supporting structure.
