双向张弦梁索网形状优化后的零状态找形研究

[摘要]双向张弦梁结构的索网形状可以由基于一个平衡荷载值的曲面平衡方程确定,本文由此提出了平衡荷载态的概念。接着以ANSYS软件为平台,运用APDL参数化设计语言编写出参数化用户程序,利用非线性有限元方法,基于改进的逆迭代法,创建了包含双向张弦梁结构索网形状优化和结构找形的整体设计应用程序,实现了双向张弦梁结构零状态几何找形和初始预应力找形,并通过算例展现了该优化设计程序的高效和便捷。

Study on Zero-stress State Form-finding After Shape Optimizing of Bidirectional Beam String Structure Cable Net

Abstract: Cable net shape of bidirectional beam string structure can be determined by the surface equilibrium equation based on a “equilibrium load value”, so a “equilibrium pad state” is put forward. Then taking ANSYS soft as a platform, using the APDL parametric design language, taking advantage of nonlinear finite element method, based on the improved inverse iteration method, the geometrical structure and initial stress form-finding on zero-stress state of bidirectional beam string structure are realized. Finally, the efficient and convenient for the optimization design program is shown by an example.
