北京银泰中心楼盖体系舒适度设计

(中国电子工程设计院,北京100840)[提要]针对银泰中心刚度和阻尼较小的楼板系统的舒适度问题,提出了楼板系统舒适度设计的原理和计算方法。参照美国钢结构协会标准(AISC标准)中楼板系统竖向振动的计算公式和评定标准,对北京银泰中心工程三座主塔楼做了舒适度分析计算。通过计算可以看出,楼板体系的刚度、阻尼和有效重量对其竖向振动加速度起决定作用。[关键词]北京银泰中心;楼盖体系;舒适度;倍数量级基准曲线Vibration Design of Floor Systems of Beijing Yintai Center/Lü Zuochao, Han Hejun, Huang Jian, Li Peibin, Zhao Guangpeng, Lou Yu(China Electronics Engineering Design Institute, Beijing 100840, China)Abstract:More and more attentions are given to floor vibrations problem because of smaller damping and lower stiffness in floor systems. The design principle and calculating method about floor vibrations are introduced and the vibrations for three tower building in Beijing Yintai Center project referring to American Institute of Steel Construction standards (AISC standards) are analyzed.
