乐清总部经济园一期2~4#楼结构设计

[摘要] 乐清总部经济园一期共有7幢塔楼,其中2#~4#楼顶部设有24层高的高空大跨钢连廊。2#~4#楼地面以上均为20层,高83.60m,采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系。结构设计难点主要是高空连廊、斜柱转换、大地下室。考虑到连廊跨度和两端塔楼平面布置方式的不同,底部分别采用了2层通高和1层高的转换桁架,余下各层则通过钢立柱形成普通钢框架结构;桁架与塔楼的连接方式也分别采用了柔性连接和刚性连接。并通过静力推覆分析预测连廊两端最大位移差,为支座选型提供依据。针对斜柱转换和大地下室,分别采用了相应构造措施,以确保结构安全可靠。

Structural design on Yueqing Headquarters Economy Park phase

Abstract: Two high-position and large-span steel corridors, which both are four-storey high, connect among 2# ~4# tower in Yueqing Headquaters economic Park, a total of seven towers. These three towers are 20 stories and 83.60m high above the ground, and adopt reinforced concrete frame-core tube structure system. Obviously it’s difficult to design the high-position corridor, transfer inclined-column, and large basement. According to different spans and different layout of towers on both sides, the height of the transfer truss in the steel corridor is two-storey and one-storey respectively, and flexible and rigid bearing connections are applied. Other stories therefore composite of ordinary steel frame structure. In order to select the bearings, the maximum displacement is determined by push-over analysis. Moreover some structural measures corresponding to these design difficulty adopt to ensure the structure safety.
