某超限高层办公楼结构设计

[摘要太原市某超限高层办公楼高度为209.8m,采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系,外框柱采用型钢混凝土柱,核心筒采用钢筋混凝土(局部设置型钢),梁采用钢筋混凝土。小震采用PKPMMIDAS系列软件进行弹性计算分析,大震采用MIDAS系列软件进行动力弹塑性时程分析,计算分析结果表明,该结构能满足现行规范规定的各项指标要求及预先制定的的各项性能目标要求,且经济性较好,可供同类工程参考。

Structure design on a high-rise office building

Abstract:A high-rise office building of Taiyuan of 209.8 meters height, the building use reinforced concrete frame-corewall structure system, frame columns use steel reinforced concrete, corewall use reinforced concrete (local setting section steel), beams use reinforced concrete. Small earthquakes elastic analysis use PKPM and MIDAS series software. Dynamic elastoplastic earthquake analysis use MIDAS series software, calculation and analysis results show that the structure can meet the requirements of the indicators of the current specification and pre-established performance and requirements, and economic is good, The design method proposed in this paper will be useful for similar project.
