虎门港企业总部大厦超限高层结构设计

（深圳市建筑设计研究总院有限公司，深圳518000)[摘要] 介绍了虎门港企业总部大厦超限高层结构设计。针对塔楼偏置、楼板不连续等超限不规则类型，采用了基于性能的抗震设计，在宏观上把握结构的薄弱部位，有针对性地采取加强措施。分析表明，结构设计满足规范对超限高层建筑的各项指标要求，满足设定的性能设计目标水准。[关键词] 塔楼偏置; 超限高层; 框架-核心筒; 抗震性能化设计中图分类号：TU318 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1002-848X(2013)S1-0070-05Structural design of out-of-codes high-rise building onCai Qingxiong（Shenzhen General Institute Of Architectural Design And Research Co.,Ltd.，Shenzhen 518000，China）Abstract：Structural design of out-of-codes high-rise building on Humen Port Enterprise Headquarters Building was described. Targeting towers bias、floor partial discontinuous out-of-codes irregular types，and so on，the use of performance - based seismic design, at the macro - grasp the weakest part of the structure, to enhance targeted measures.
