湖北广电传媒基地项目办公大楼结构初步设计

（华东建筑设计研究院有限公司，上海 200002）[摘要]湖北广电传媒基地项目办公大楼位于湖北省武汉市，建筑高度为189.3m，为6度地区拟建的超高层建筑。采用混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系，立面呈现腰鼓形，十二层以上框架柱为向内侧倾斜的斜柱。通过两种计算软件，对整体和细部有针对的进行分析。满足了结构的安全要求。[关键词]超高层建筑;框架-核心筒;抗侧刚度;地震作用中图分类号：TU973 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1002-848X(2013)S1-0057-08作者简介：陆屹，学士，工程师，Email：ly9001@ecadi.com。Preliminary design on the structure for the new office building of Hubei radio and TV stationLu Yi(East China Architectural Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200002, China)Abstract：The new office building of Hubei radio and TV station located at Wuhan with 189.3m, is a super high-rise structures in 6 degree- earthquake fortification zone. The frame-core wall structural system is adopted in the structural design. The facade presents drum. The frame column is cylindrical below the F12, which is the inclined column above the F12.
