扬州东方国际大酒店关键问题研究

[摘要] 扬州东方国际大酒店位于江苏省扬州市江都区,地上65层,地下4层,建筑高度280.100m,为超限高层。塔楼采用混合框架-伸臂桁架-钢筋混凝土核心筒体系。介绍了结构设计重点和抗震性能目标,根据整体抗震性能目标确定结构中相应构件的性能设计水准,并着重分析了结构中关键构件的性能设计内容。

Abstract: Yangzhou Oriental International Hotel is a high-rise building beyond B-level height with 65-story above ground, 4-story below ground and 280.100m height. The concrete-filled circle steel column frame and reinforced concrete corewall with strengthened stories is adopted. Firstly the design emphasis and the objectives of performance-based seismic design are introduced in this article, then discuss the objectives of performance-based seismic design, and the article emphasized on the performance-based design of the structural key members in the end.
