深圳腾讯滨海大厦设计若干关键要点

[摘要]  深圳腾讯滨海大厦两栋超高层塔楼由三道连体相连,裙房从塔楼主体悬挑而出,两栋塔楼高度不等,为非对称双塔连体结构。主体结构采用型钢混凝土框架-钢筋混凝土核心筒混合结构,连体和大悬挑结构均采用钢桁架结构。本文首先介绍大厦的工程概况、结构设计的原则及结构选型要点,然后阐述连体桁架和大悬挑桁架设计考虑要点,以及温度应力和施工次序对结构影响分析。

Several key points of Shenzhen Tencent Binhai Building design

Abstract: Shenzhen Tencent Binhai Building consists of two towers linked with three connective structures. Its podium is suspended by the main towers. Because the heights of two towers are different, the whole building structure is an asymmetrical twin-tower connective structure. The structural systems of towers are Steel Reinforced Concrete Composite Frame-Reinforced Concrete Corewall Hybrid Structure. Steel truss systems are adopted in the connective parts and the cantilever podium. In this paper, design principle and major considerations of structural system selection are introduced first, and then design key points of the link steel trusses and the cantilever trusses of podium are presented. Influences of temperature and construction sequence are also introduced.
