绿景纪元大厦结构设计

[摘要] 结构高度260m(建筑高度272m)、地上61层、地下3层。采用钢筋混凝土框架一核心筒结构体系,外框柱下部采用内置圆钢管的混凝土柱,核心筒底部墙边缘构件设钢筋芯柱,楼盖采用钢筋混凝土单向梁布置方案。合理确定外框梁柱断面及核心筒墙布置以避免设加强层,部分楼层外框与筒体间框梁采用水平变断面梁,结构抗侧刚度沿竖向变化较均匀,较好地实现了结构的经济合理性。

Structural design of Shenzhen NEO building

Abstract: The NEO Building comprises a 260m tall 61-storey tower, a 12m tall steel structure in the roof and a three storey basement. Reinforced concrete frame-core wall structure is adopted to the main tower. The bottom part of the perimeter frame adopts steel reinforced concrete column. Concrete core column is applied in the bottom of core wall. Floor structural system consists of one-way reinforced concrete beam. The proper arrangement of the core wall and the reasonable section of column and beam is proposed to avoid setting refuge story with outriggers and belt members. The beam which cross section varies in horizontal direction is used to connect the perimeter frame and the core wall in partial story. By means of above measures, the lateral stiffness varies evenly along tower height and the economical objective of the structure have been well realized.
