长安万科中心结构方案选型与性能化设计

[摘要] 长安万科中心建筑高度260m,共59层,结构采用不带加强层的钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒体系,属于高度超限建筑,同时存在局部楼板不连续及局部跨层柱等不规则项。设计采用基于性能的抗震设计方法和合理化的结构布置,充分发挥体系的抗侧效率,底部采用型钢混凝土柱和中高区采用水平加腋梁提高钢筋混凝土结构体系的延性。分析表明:该结构体系各项相关参数满足规范要求,结构整体及构件的抗震性能均可达到预期的性能目标。

Structural scheme selection and performance-based seismic design of Changanwanke Center

AbstractChanganWanke Center has an architectural height of 322.9m with total 59 stories. The main structural system is reinforced concrete frame-core tube without outriggers and belt members. The tower is out-of-codes high-rise building with a number of structural irregularity indexes, such as the local discontinuous floor and local cross-layer column. Since performance-based seismic design method and rationalization of the structural arrangement were used in this building, lateral efficiency of the system can be given the full play, and using steel reinforced concrete column and horizontal haunched beams can be improved the ductility of the reinforced concrete structure system. The research shows that relevant parameters can meet code requirements, and the seismic performance of whole structure and each structural member can reach the expected objective.
