广州绿地金融中心超高层塔楼结构设计

[摘要] 广州绿地金融中心主塔楼高度为199.850m,框架-核心筒混合结构,框架采用钢管混凝土柱+钢梁,核心筒为局部设置型钢的钢筋混凝土核心筒,楼盖采用压型钢板组合楼盖。对结构体系选型,结构的计算分析,基础设计,主要结构构件设计等内容进行讨论和研究。

Structural design of Guangzhou Greenland Financial Center super high-rise building

Abstract: The Guangzhou Greenland Financial Center Tower, with the height of 199.850 meter, adopted frame-core wall hybrid structure. It was composited with concrete-filled steel tubular (CFST) columns, steel beams, concrete core-wall with section steel partly, and the composite slabs with profiled steel sheeting. The technical problems of structure system selection, calculating analysis, foundation design, and the design of major member was discussed.
