粘滞阻尼器在北京银泰中心结构风振控制中的应用

(中国电子工程设计院,北京100840)[提要]北京银泰中心钢结构主楼高249.5m,为改善其上部豪华公寓的舒适度,采用粘滞阻尼器对风荷载作用下的结构水平振动进行了控制设计。设计风荷载考虑了顺风向和横风向脉动风的作用,并以时程分析和能量分析相结合的方法进行了计算分析。另外,对阻尼器在改善结构抗震性能方面的作用也做了补充计算。结果表明,粘滞阻尼器的合理应用不仅能有效地降低主体结构的风振加速度,满足标准中对舒适度的要求,在缓解地震的不利作用方面也具有一定的效果。[关键词]北京银泰中心;振动控制;粘滞阻尼器;时程分析;能量分析Using Viscous Dampers to Control Windinduced Vibration for Steel Tower of Beijing Yintai Center/Zhao Guangpeng, Lou Yu, Li Peibin, Han Hejun, Lü Zuochao, Huang Jian(China Electronics Eng. For improving the comfort of the luxury rooming houses on top of the building, viscous dampers (VD) are used to control wind induced structural vibration. The vibration analysis spreads both in time domain and energy domain with computing structural response along and vertical wind. The earthquake induced structural response is also computed.
