上海中心大厦幕墙支撑结构关键节点分析设计*

[摘要]上海中心大厦采用了分区悬挂的幕墙支撑结构体系,在各类荷载及非荷载效应下,幕墙支撑结构会相对主体结构产生较大的相对位移,主体结构的变形也会在幕墙支撑结构内部产生较大的次应力,为保证幕墙支撑结构正常使用,防止因支撑结构失效造成玻璃破碎,在幕墙支撑结构与主体结构的连接位置创造性地设计了几种特殊节点。对幕墙支撑结构特殊节点的构造及分析、设计情况进行了系统的阐述,重点介绍了竖向伸缩节点及短支撑内端节点两类节点,同时对水平伸缩节点、交叉支撑内端节点、限位约束节点等节点类型也给予简要说明。

Analysis and design of key connection of curtain wall support structure of Shanghai Tower

Abstract: A unique flexible suspend curtain wall support structure (CWSS) was developed to suit exterior curtain wall system of Shanghai Tower. Under various loads and effectthere are lots of relative displacement between main structure and curtain wall and larger additional stress is also produced in CWSS. In order to absorb the relative displacement between the curtain wall system and main structure and ensure safety and service and prevent glass breaking caused by failure of CWSS, a large number of special connections were designed to link the curtain wall and main structure. Several key issues of CWSS such as connection details and difficulties of design and analysis were introduced. Vertical expansion connection and inner end joint of short radial strut were introduced in detail, and some other kinds of connections adopted in CWSS were also introduced briefly.
