北京银泰中心钢结构主楼结构设计

[提要]北京银泰中心工程塔楼A为63层的超高层钢结构,结构总高度249.5m。工采用框架筒中筒结构体系,并以伸臂桁架在三个设备层形成了加强层提高结构的抗侧刚度。工程在风荷载和地震反应谱的选取上做了较为充分的论证,设计中通过选择延性较好的钢材、加强第二道抗震防线、提高结构在罕遇地震作用下的抗震性能及采取强节点弱构件的构造措施,使得结构抗震性能有了较为可靠的保障。Pushover分析结果也表明结构具有充足的抗震能力。

Structural Design of Super-high Steel Building of Beijing Yintai Center/Zhao Guangpeng, Li Peibin, Lü Zuochao,Lou Yu, Han Hejun, Huang Jian(China Electronics Engineering Design Institute, Beijing 100840, China)
Abstract:Steel building of Beijing Yintai Center is a super-high structure which has 63 floors with 249.5m total structural height. The tube-tube structure system is adopted and outtriggers are set in the three mechanical floors for strengthening floors. In selecting the wind load and seis-response spectra,there do much argumentation. The structural aseismatic capacity is ensured by selecting better ductile steel, reinforcing the second aseismatic line of defence, increasing aseismatic capacity under seldom occurred earthquake and using strong node and weak member conformation. The Pushover analysis indicates that the building has good aseismatic capacity.
