中铁·西安中心超高层结构设计

(1 艾奕康咨询(深圳)有限公司北京分公司, 北京 100025;2 中铁置业集团西安有限公司, 西安 710065)[摘要]中铁·西安中心塔楼地上51层,地下3层,结构屋面高度222.60m。地上主要为办公用房,地下主要为设备用房和停车场。塔楼为混合结构,采用型钢混凝土柱框架+型钢混凝土核心筒+伸臂桁架体系,核心筒、底部加强区范围内的框架、加强层及其上下各层的框架的抗震等级均为特一级。由于多项指标超限,对结构进行了性能化设计。根据性能化设计目标进行了结构计算及关键构件的分析与设计。[关键词]高层建筑; 结构设计; 抗震分析中图分类号:TU973 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2013)23-0042-05Structural design of super-high building for China Railway Xi’ an CenterHan Yudong1, Wang Liwei2, Long Huiyuan1, Zhu Jian2(1 Beijing Branch, AECOM (Shenzhen), Beijing 100025, China; 2 Xi’an Company of China Railway Real Estate Group, Xi’an 710065, China)Abstract: The tower building of China Railway Xi’an Center is 222.60m high with 51 layers above ground used as office and 3 layers underground mainly used as equipment layers and parking lots. The tower building is designed as hybrid structure that adopts steel reinforced concrete column frame-corewall with outriggers.
