青岛北站无柱雨棚预应力钢结构关键技术

(1 中建安装工程有限公司, 南京 210046; 2 北京市建筑设计研究院有限公司,北京 100045; 3 东南大学土木工程学院, 南京 210096)[摘要]青岛北站无柱雨棚钢结构为平面管桁架及预应力结构组成的空间受力体系。在雨棚钢管柱上布置落地钢支撑及预应力斜拉索,同时沿横向主桁架两侧在桁架上下弦双层布置水平钢拉杆,以增强结构的整体稳定性。通过施工全过程模拟分析,确定预应力施工顺序、钢拉索和钢拉杆的无应力制作长度以及施工张拉力参数等。对施工过程中结构的受力状态进行跟踪监测,对比分析实测值和理论值,验证了有限元模拟分析在预应力施工中的正确性。[关键词]青岛北站; 预应力钢结构; 平面管桁架; 钢拉索; 钢拉杆; 模拟分析; 施工技术中图分类号:TU394, TU745.2 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2013)23-0026-04Key technology of prestressed steel structure for nocolumn canopy of Qingdao North Railway StationJiao Fenghua1, Wang Tianrong1, Zhang Xiangyong2, Luo Bin3(1 China Construction Installation Engineering Co., Ltd., Nanjing 210046, China; 2 Beijing Institute of Architectural Design, Beijing 100045, China; 3 School of Civil Engineering, Southeast University, Nanjing 210096, China)Abstract: The steel structure for no-column canopy of Qingdao North Railway Station adopts spatial structural system of planar tube truss and prestressed structure. In order to increase the overall stability, the inclined prestressed cables and steel braces are placed on the steel tube column and steel tension rods are arranged on both layers of the main trusses horizontally. Through the simulation analysis of the whole construction process, the construction sequence was determined as well as the stressless production length of the cable and the steel tension rods, and the constructing parameters such as tensile forces were determined.
