青岛北站主站房屋盖钢结构设计

(北京市建筑设计研究院有限公司, 北京 100045)[摘要]详细介绍了青岛北站主站房屋盖钢结构的体系和成形过程、构件截面、设计荷载与作用、设计标准、分析模型和关键节点设计;研究了屋盖结构的静力和动力性能、屋盖结构的整体稳定性和局部稳定性及预应力压杆的极限承载能力;对承重索和抗风索的预应力进行了优化分析,有效降低了立体拱架主拱内的弯矩峰值;运用现行规范公式对异形截面进行了强度和稳定性验算,证明了其可行性。[关键词]火车站站房; 预应力空间结构; 立体拱架; 预应力压杆; 异形截面; 节点设计中图分类号:TU393.3文献标识码:A文章编号:1002-848X(2013)23-0007-07Steel structural design on main station roof of Qingdao North Railway StationZhang Xiangyong, Li Liming, Gan Ming(Beijing Institute of Architectural Design, Beijing 100045, China)Abstract: The structural system and construction process of main station roof of Qingdao North Railway Station were introduced in detail as well as the member section, design loads and effects, design standards, analysis models and the design of key joints. Static and dynamic performances of the steel roof were studied as well as the overall stability and local stability of the steel roof and ultimate bearing capacity of prestressed struts. The prestress of the wind load-bearing cable and dead load-bearing cable were optimized to effectively reduce the peak moment value within the main arch.
